Forty-nine basketball teams from eight communities participated in this weekend’s 11th annual Youth Basketball Tournament hosted by the Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District. Saturday was the 13th annual Victor Alvarez Memorial Race, a fundraiser for the Snow Summit Junior Race Team.
