Highway 330 was not re-opened until this morning (July 17), in the 6am hour, due to a single vehicle collision that took place yesterday evening below the upper passing lane. USGS Records Two Earthquakes in Our Area Today
We just had an earthquake in our area this afternoon. The 1.7 magnitude quake was centered seven miles northwest of Big Bear City at 1:24pm, and registered a depth of just over four miles.
