Crestline, CA, July 11, 2012, 8:00am - Firefighters have declared the Panorama fire 100% contained at 6pm on July 10. The Panorama fire was reported shortly before 2pm on July 9 along the west side of State Highway 18 north of Old Waterman Canyon Road.
