Highway 330 has re-opened after being temporarily closed by the U.S. Forest Service due to fire activity near the highway below Running Springs. At approximately 10am this morning, the U.S. Forest Service has temporarily closed Highway 330, below Running Springs, for the safety of fire crews working on a fire that was caused by a lightening strike earlier this morning. Weekly Blasting to Take Place for Big Bear Bridge Project; Motorists Can Expect Midweek Flagging on Highway 18
CalTrans has extended weekday hours for flagging on Highway 18 to accommodate work on the Big Bear bridge project at the dam.
