Snowplow Operator Finds Human Foot in Bag Off Highway 330
During snowplowing operations on Highway 330 below Running Springs this afternoon, a CalTrans plow operator found a plastic bag with a human foot in it. Upon further investigation at the site, near the large turnout at the middle passing lane between Running Springs and San Bernardino, the CalTrans employee also found a shallow grave in the snow.
