Big Bear Lake, CA, October 15, 2012, 7pm - Caltrans is doing maintenance work on mountain highways this week. One-way closures will be in effect on Highway 18 from Lakeview Point to the Big Bear Dam through Thursday. Flagging operations will be in effect for both directions from 8am until 4pm each day.
