Flagging resumes on Highway 38 this morning, and will extend through Thursday, June 4. Motorists can expect minimal delays in the Angelus Oaks portion of Highway 38, as California Department of Forestry crews complete brush removal efforts in the area. CalTrans has extended weekday hours for flagging on Highway 18 to accommodate work on the Big Bear bridge project at the dam.
