It was a year ago today that Lake Patrol and firefighters ventured out on to the lake ice, to save a stray golden retriever on Big Bear Lake. This evening’s Budget Advisory Committee meeting will be the final opportunity for parents to provide input on budget cut suggestions for the Bear Valley Unified School District.
