Start Smart Class for New Drivers and Their Parents

Running Springs, CA, April 22, 2016 – On Thursday April 28th, at 6:00 P.M., the California Highway Patrol will be presenting a Start Smart Class at the Arrowhead CHP Area Office in Running Springs. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Office of Traffic Safety, over 68,000 teens have died in car crashes in the last decade.
