New Wine Bar in the Village OK’d by City Council

Big Bear Lake, CA, July 15, 2016 – On July 11, the Big Bear Lake City Council approved a new wine room and restaurant at 560 Pine Knot Avenue in the Village. The facility for Dave Stone’s latest venture, called the Black Kat, was approved through a plot plan review by the Big Bear Lake Planning Commission in May. Big Bear, CA, May 24, 2016 – Learning and good nutrition does not end when school lets out.  The USDA Summer Food Service Program helps provide nutritious meals to children so they are better fueled with healthy food to learn and grow. The SFSP is a federally-funded, state-administered program.
