Tee Off for Charity on August 18

 Big Bear Lake, CA, August 9, 2013 – The Big Bear Fire Fighters Association is hosting its 13th Annual Golf Tournament on Sunday, August 18 at Bear Mountain Golf Course.  The cost is $80 per person for 18 holes and lunch is included.  There will be a longest drive contest, closest to the pin competition, and many more fun ways to earn prizes. Double Your Arts Investment At Strings Program Fundraiser

Big Bear Lake, CA, December 10, 2012 – The Big Bear Elementary Strings Program is holding their Christmas Reception on December 18 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. This event is the major annual fundraiser to help reach the $30,000 needed each year to keep the Strings Program alive in the three local elementary schools.  Donations enable free classroom instruction to all children and help provide instruments to children who cannot afford them. The requested minimum tax-deductible donation is $25 per person. This year, the Furlotti Family Foundation will match up to $5,000 in local donations.
