Women and Children Have a New Local Resource

Big Bear Lake, CA, December 27, 2013 – Big Bear Women, Infants, and Children–OR “WIC”– CLinic is now open at the Brenda Boss Family Resource Center at the Bear Valley Community Hospital on Garstin Drive. The WIC clinic will be open Monday and Tuesday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM.

The WIC Supplemental Nutrition Program is a federally-funded health and nutrition program for: women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or just had a baby, children under 5 years old (including foster children), and families with low to medium income (working families may qualify.)
