Tyler Bumstead and Raven Uhler Crowned Big Bear High School’s Prom King and Queen

Big Bear Valley, CA — Big Bear High School’s prom took place at Bear Mountain over the weekend, and Tyler Bumstead was crowed 2010 Prom King alongside Raven Uhler, voted queen from among a court of 12 seniors that included boys Jeff Barker, Gage Egerer, Connor McCutcheon, Corbin Snyder and Drew Waner and girls Sara Chatham, Hillary Crawford, Kortney Foust, Molly Parks and Mariah Webb. The Class of 2010 has more special awards in store as, this evening (Monday, June 7), the Senior Scholarship Awards take place at the Big Bear Lake Performing Arts Center. The public is invited to attend the 7pm event, honoring the Class of 2010, which graduates from Big Bear High School in an outdoor ceremony on Friday, June 18 at 4pm.

In her 20 years off the mountain, most recently in Manhattan Beach, Catherine's career has included publishing, broadcasting, public relations and public education; she served as KBHR's News Director from April 2007 to July 2010.
