Parents, today is once again a BVUSD minimum day to allow for teachers’ strategic planning, so students at Big Bear Middle School and all three elementaries, Baldwin Lane, Big Bear and North Shore, will be released early this, and every, Thursday. In other school news, students and staff at Big Bear High School will gather early tomorrow morning, to show their respect for those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. The BBHS 9/11 remembrance will be in front of the school on Maple Lane tomorrow morning, 9/11, at 6:30am, and the community is invited to participate. (And, just a note: Today, September 10, has been billed as the World Day of Prayer; those participating are asked to Reach In and Reach Out.)
