A guest speaker will present her talk entitled “The Common Denominator.” All are welcome to gather 5:30-6:30 for a half-price happy hour in Stillwell’s Lounge. Toastmasters is an international organization. Most Toastmasters meetings are comprised of approximately 20 people who meet weekly for an hour or two. Participants practice and learn skills by filling a meeting role, ranging from giving a prepared speech or an impromptu one to serving as timer, evaluator or grammarian. “We have a lot of fun learning from each other in our quest to communicate more effectively,” said Steve Cain, President.
