There will be three Public Hearing items at this afternoon’s meeting of the Planning Commission of Big Bear Lake, which takes place in Hofert Hall at 1:15pm. The three items open to public comment include three requests: to construct a two-story, 18,000 square foot beginners center on a 3+ acre parcel at Snow Summit Ski Resort, approval to operate a church (the Bear Valley Center for Spiritual Enrichment) in a retail space in the Village, and permission to operate a bed and breakfast on two properties zoned multiple family residential in the 400 block of Conklin Road.
