Local high school students will take to the stage at the Performing Arts Center this weekend, in two different displays of talent. This evening at 7:30pm, the Big Bear High School Drama Department presents the final performance of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice” at the PAC, and tickets are just $10.
On Saturday at 6:30pm, the Rotary Club of Big Bear Lake hosts the annual Big Bear Idol Competition, which features vocal and instrumental performances. This showcase of young, local talent is presented free of charge, and winners in Big Bear Idol will compete in regional talent competitions, sponsored by Rotary International.
