Small Earthquake on Sunday, the Seventh in as Many Days

We had a small earthquake centered a mile west southwest of Big Bear Lake yesterday afternoon. The U.S. Geological Survey recorded a 1.6 magnitude earthquake at 4:29pm on July 12. This was the seventh earthquake in the Big Bear area in a week; for more info, see our July 7 posting.
