Nutrition 101 – Find Out What You Should Be Eating

Big Bear, Ca, July 25, 2011, 12:00pm - The Big Bear Cycling Association is hosting the third free seminar in their education series tonight at Nottingham’s Tavern from 7:00 to 8:00pm.  This free seminar is for everyone, not just for cyclists as it is targeted towards Nutrition.  Big Bear’s own adventure racers and nutrition experts Paul Romero and Karen Lundgren will be providing information on what to eat and drink prior and after races, what to do to avoid cramping, and much more.  The Big Bear Cycling Association is also offering a stretching and alignment for cyclists seminar on August 29th, a second nutrition class on September 26th, and a seminar on how not to loose what you have build this summer on October 10th.  For more information go to www.BigBearCycling.com
