A Wind Advisory has been issued for our area, as well as most of Southern California, as high winds are expected until at least 3pm this afternoon. The National Weather Service reports that winds up to 35 miles per hour are anticipated, so drivers of high profile vehicles are advised to use extra caution, and all should watch for downed power lines and tree limbs. Winds are expected to decrease this afternoon, though will likely continue into this evening.
