bblcity-thumbDespite today’s weather, the City Council of Big Bear Lake still plans to meet for their regular meeting, to be held at 6:30pm in Hofert Hall at the Big Bear Lake Civic Center. This evening’s agenda includes a status report on MARTA transit services and Council consideration of the new newsrack ordinance, approved by the Planning Commission in January, that would require the removal of all wire, wood and plastic newsracks in Big Bear Lake; rather, fixed pedestal newsracks of a consistent design, placement and color would be required. Update: This evening’s City Council meeting has been canceled due to snow and road conditions, as of this afternoon.
