The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is conducting a death investigation, prompted by an incident at a Big Bear Lake cabin involving a man from San Clemente Wednesday afternoon. Per the statement released by the office of County Sheriff and Coroner Rod Hoops: “On Wednesday, June 24 at approximately 2:40pm, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies from the Big Bear Lake Station responded to check the welfare of a guest at the Shore Acres Lodge.
