Firefighters to Be Honored, Employee MOU to Be Reviewed During Monday Evening Community Services District Meeting

Meritorious Service Ribbons will be presented to Big Bear City firefighters Bob Barnett and Tony Huefner this evening at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Big Bear City Community Services District, which begins at 5:30pm at the CSD offices at 139 E. Big Bear Boulevard. These awards from the San Bernardino County Fire Chiefs Association had originally been scheduled for presentation on February 2, though Big Bear City Fire Chief Jeff Willis held on that, as Captain Huefner had been injured in a motorcycle accident that day. This evening’s CSD meeting is also scheduled to include discussion on a miscellaneous employee Memorandum of Understanding.
