Big Bear Lake, CA, October 15, 2010, 3:00pm – VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital in Big Bear has told KBHR of a disturbing event in Big Bear Lake that if you own a dog you need to know about. They have reported an incident of four dogs at one residence that were poisoned in the Big Bear Lake area earlier today. If you have a dog that is acting strangely or possibly disoriented it is recommended that you take your dog to the vet immediately as it may have been poisoned. Tainted ground meat was used to hide the poison and then tossed into the yard that contained the dogs.
