In other news from the Bear Valley Unified School District, students wrapped their two-day school week this afternoon, as tomorrow is a no-school day in observance of Lincoln’s birthday. This coming Monday, February 16 is also a no-school day, in observance of Presidents’ Day. This week’s two snow days, on Monday and Tuesday, have not yet been calendared as make-up days, though the school district plans to determine those dates soon. As of this afternoon, Superintendent Carole Ferraud tells KBHR, “We’re working on it.” The three snow make-up days that had been calendared in for this school year have already been allotted for snow days used in December.
