It was just released this week that on April 2nd, investigators from the District Attorney’s Office interviewed County Supervisor Neil Derry and staff regarding the destruction of district records and files, including constituent correspondence, by his predecessor. It has been disclosed that Supervisor Derry sent a letter to the Office of the District Attorney to lodge a formal complaint and request an investigation into the destruction of documents. At this time, the investigation is on going.
