Class of 2010′s President Eddie Muro Crowned Winterfest King

At the end of his film spoof "Dance Dance 300" during Friday's assembly was a tag that read "Don't be a burro, vote for Eddie Muro."

Sugarloaf, CA — After a six-week delay prompted by snowy conditions, students of Big Bear High School celebrated Winterfest with a formal dance at Northwoods Resort on Saturday evening, March 20. As is BBHS tradition, the annual Winterfest Dance includes a court of five male seniors and, of those, the Class of 2010’s President Eddie Muro was crowned Winterfest King on the court that also included Parker Bradley, Kevin Dietz, Jake Murie and Antonio Solis. Muro, who was escorted by mom Rosalinda during Friday’s pep assembly, is also involved in Bears athletics (including being named to 1st Team All De Anza League honors for football in his senior year); Muro says he plans to attend Cal Lutheran University in the fall.
