Casey Williams Returns Home From Germany

Big Bear, Ca, June 10, 2011, 1:00pm - Casey Williams, at the age of 16, just returned from Germany after being selected as one of six boys and six girls that represented America at a World Cup Mountain Bike Race.  Williams told KBHR that going to Germany was an amazing experience, and one that he learned a lot from. Williams is the oldest of six children to parents Kim and Roger who also are very athletic and active.  Kim and Roger have previously competed in adventure races together, and still ride bikes, kayak, ski, hike and bring the kids along for the fun!  Next on the list for Casey is a possible trip to New York to compete in another world cup race, then it’s off to the US National Championships in Idaho in July.  KBHR congratulates Casey Williams for being selected to go to Germany, and thanks him for representing Big Bear and the United States!
