“Taking Care of Yourself First” Is Tuesday’s Topic in Fourth Session of Alzheimer’s Education Series

“Taking Care of Yourself First”—this is tomorrow’s topic in the fourth free session of the Alzheimer’s Education Series, being offered by the Visiting Nurse Association of the Inland Counties. Tuesday’s Alzheimer’s Education Series is available to seniors and caregivers, and is being presented at the Big Bear Senior Center, located at 42651 Big Bear Boulevard, from 1 to 3pm. Subsequent sessions in the series will be offered on September 15 and 22, also from 1 to 3pm. For more information on these free presentations, contact the Big Bear Senior Center at 584-0323.
