Five BVUSD Teachers Set to Retire at School Year’s End

schoolgeneric-thumb1At last night’s meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Bear Valley Unified School District, retirement notices submitted by five certificated staff members were accepted. Those who will retire at school year’s end are Big Bear Elementary teachers Diane Jameson (after 28 years with the district) and Marv McCarthy (32 years), Big Bear Middle School teacher Sandra Seevers, and Big Bear High School teachers Nancy Acton-Caldwell (29 years) and Claudia St. James.
