BVUSD Hosts Kindergarten Orientation at Each Elementary School Site Next Thursday

Bear Valley Unified School District will be offering Kindergarten Orientation at all three elementary sites next Thursday. Parents are encouraged to attend one of three meetings if sending a child to kindergarten in the 2009/2010 school year. Kindergarten Orientation, on April 23, will be held at North Shore Elementary School (on the North Shore at Stanfield Cutoff) at 5:30pm, at Big Bear Elementary School (on Pennsylvania Avenue just east of the Village) at 6:30pm, and at Baldwin Lane Elementary (on Baldwin Lane in Sugarloaf) at 7pm. During orientation, there will be a review of all documents required for kindergarten enrollment. For those unsure of which school site their child will attend in the fall, call BVUSD at 866-4631.
