Bianchi, Madden and Willis start “Man About Town” campaign

Big Bear Lake, CA, March 17, 2013 – The 20th annual Man About Town campaign is now underway! Every year, Soroptimist International of Big Bear Valley challenges local men to raise funds for the Stop Teen Violence project. Last year the three candidates raised over $90,000 together.

This year’s candidates are Brian Bianchi, co-owner of Le Dolce Vita Tasting Room; School Superintendent Kurt Madden; and Big Bear City Fire Chief Jeff Willis.

In the weeks ahead, the contenders will hold individual fundraisers around town; the one who raises the most money will be crowned the 2013 Man About Town.
