BBHS Tennis Team Advances to Next Round in CIF Competition

The Big Bear High School girls tennis team won their first round of CIF play this week, beating San Gorgonio High School in a score of 81-79. The Lady Bears next CIF Southern Section Division 4 match is this afternoon in Riverside; the 2pm match is against Patriot High School.

After graduating from BBHS, Catherine moved to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Marymount University. In her 20 years off the mountain, most recently in Manhattan Beach, Catherine's career has included publishing, broadcasting, public relations and public education; she served as KBHR's News Director from April 2007 to July 2010.
