United Methodist Church Ladies Tea

The United Methodist Women will host their Ladies Tea on Saturday, August 21 at 3:00pm. You won’t want to miss this very special tea, where there will be a Fancy Hat Parade with a variety of different designs. At the English Style Tea, special sandwiches, and sweet desserts will be served. A complimentary teacup and saucer will be presented to each lady attending. Last year’s event was a sell out so purchase your tickets early!
Tickets are $15 for Adults and $8 for young ladies age (5-12) and are available at the church office Monday through Thursday from 9:00am- 3:00pm. For more details please contact Elizabeth Evans at (909) 585-4089.

Angela Meyers moved to Big Bear in August of 2009, after spending a summer in Washington DC. Angela’s parents Roy and Susan Meyers met at Big Bear High School in 1967, and her Grandfather Rob Jacobson worked at the Big Bear Lake Post Office for 28 years. Angela graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Public Relations. While at CSUF she was the Director of Public Relations for the Associated Students for two years. Angela is a member of the Big Bear Valley Trails Foundation, The Big Bear Cycling Association, and races for, and is the co captain of Team Tough Chik, an all women's multi sport team.
