Body Alignment and Stretching for Cyclists – As cyclists we train with great repetition. We strengthen our cycling muscles as we improve our cycling. Often as we improve our cycling our own strong muscles can pull our body out of alignment. Join body alignment and muscle specialist Doreen Wolff in a body alignment session designed specifically for cyclists. Learn the stretches that cyclists MUST do to stay in alignment and balanced. Learn how to relieve stress and pain caused by sitting on your bike for hours at a time. If you’ve ever ridden a bike, thought about riding or know someone who spends way too much time riding, you won’t want to miss this session.
