Stretching and Alignment for Cyclists

Monday, August 29, 2011

7:00PM – 8:00PM

Nottingham’s Tavern

Body Alignment and Stretching for Cyclists – As cyclists we train with great repetition. We strengthen our cycling muscles as we improve our cycling. Often as we improve our cycling our own strong muscles can pull our body out of alignment.  Join body alignment and muscle specialist Doreen Wolff in a body alignment session designed specifically for cyclists. Learn the stretches that cyclists MUST do to stay in alignment and balanced. Learn how to relieve stress and pain caused by sitting on your bike for hours at a time. If you’ve ever ridden a bike, thought about riding or know someone who spends way too much time riding, you won’t want to miss this session.
Big Bear Cycling is offering a series of FREE educational classes throughout the summer centered on cycling related topics.  Remaining topics on the 2011 schedule include:   Nutrition 102 (September 26) and How NOT to Lose What You Have Built This Summer (October 10).

FREE Event and FREE Information to get you riding at peak performance and efficiency!
