Big Bear Lake’s 39th annual Oktoberfest, rated Southern California’s #1 Oktoberfest, runs weekends, opening at noon on Saturday & Sunday, through October 31. This special Friday run of the ‘Fest is open to Big Bear Valley locals at a cost of $3, which will benefit the Big Bear Valley Historical Society.
