Bear Valley Electric Service once again hosts an Earth Day celebration (rain, shine or snow!), at the BVES facilities at 42020 Garstin Drive in Big Bear Lake. Attendees can participate in power plant tours and interactive displays, while also getting information from the Department of Water and Power, the Big Bear City Community Services District, San Bernardino County and Southwest Gas.  Free hot dogs and popcorn and energy efficiency gifts, including a light bulb exchange (up to four). For more info, call BVES at 866-4678.
